The UK Pinball Party is back!!
Europe’s biggest pinball festival, and the UK’s premier pinball event, returns for a 4th year – for 3 days of pure pinball fun!!
2013 is an amazing year for pinball with a whole host of new pinball manufacturers offering a range of games not seen since the glory years of pinball in the 1990s. With some of these new companies showing their products to an expectant audience at this year’s Party, the glory days really do appear to be coming back to pinball and the 2013 UK Pinball Party promises to be the best Pinball Party ever!!
This year we will have more than 110 pinball machines on offer, set on freeplay, with the biggest variety ever seen – from 1950s electromechanicals up to the latest, and most modern, solid state pinball machines. Members from the UK Pinball Group (click the name for more information) kindly bring along pinball machines from their own collections so everyone can play games they would never otherwise get to play.
The UK Pinball Party is a unique pinball event with everything under the one roof – the show’s venue, the accommodation, the dinner evening, the food, the drink, the bar and most importantly the people that make our show such a huge success.
There will be pinball machines for sale, new and used pinball parts to buy, raffles, arcade video games to play and buy and much much more. Over the years, the UK’s showcase event grew from being a show with mainly national appeal to one that now has people travelling from all corners of the globe to attend. It has now become one of the top events on the global pinball calendar.
But don’t let that fool you into thinking that the show has lost its personal touch. The UK’s pinball community is famous for its passion for pinball, its technical expertise and most importantly, its friendliness. Visitors from overseas and new to the hobby have commented on the quality and variety of machines on offer, and just how friendly and welcoming our community is. It may be a cliché, but our community really does have a family feel to it.
This year’s event will again be held at the luxurious Puma Daventry Court Hotel, on 9th-11th August 2013. Last year, our allocation for accommodation was fully booked four weeks before the event, so please book early to avoid disappointment

Every year we fly in a special guest for the weekend. In the first year it was legendary pinball designer Dennis Nordman. In 2011 it was new pinball manufacturer Jersey Jack Pinball’s CEO & founder Jersey Jack himself, talking about his company’s first game, The Wizard of Oz. Last year in 2012, legendary pinball game designer Mark Ritchie was our guest of honour. For 2013, the UK Pinball Party continues its tradition of bringing over the very best from the USA, by proudly announcing our guest of honour as pinball design legend George Gomez – designer of such legendary games as Monster Bash, Revenge From Mars, Lord Of The Rings and most recently, The Avengers!
The highlight of the weekend for many people is the luxurious 3-course dinner evening – this year on Saturday 10th August 2013. With awards, news from the UK pinballing world and an exclusive talk by our special guest for 2013, George Gomez, who will be talking about his career in pinball and the state of pinball today, this year’s dinner promises to be a truly memorable experience. Make sure you book your dinner place(s) early to avoid disappointment, as spaces are strictly limited.
The UK now has its first ever mainstream pinball manufacturing company – Heighway Pinball – and the company will have its latest machines on show, as well as a range of merchandise. There’s the hugely popular UK Pinball Open – with prizes, trophies and World Pinball Player Ranking (WPPR) points on offer.
